Video: Lone Haugaard Madsen

The Danish artist, Lone Haugaard Madsen (born 1974 in Silkeborg), is one of the exciting artists you can experience at this year’s Code Art Fair. We met Lone Haugaard Madsen, who will be represented by Galerie Nagel Draxler from Berlin and Cologne, in her studio at Statens Værksteder for Kunst in Copenhagen to talk about her significant working process and choosing of materials. See the video on our Facebook-page. Read more about the artist here. Video produced by I DO ART

Video: Rune Bosse & ThinkingHand

Rune Bosse & ThinkingHand, both based in Copenhagen, are among the exciting artists to take part in this year’s free program at Code Art Fair, ArtReActs, presenting both a large-scale installation and a performance entitled In, Around and All In-Between. The performance takes place Friday, September 1, at 17.00. In our new video, you can see how they invited us to their hidden, laboratory-like studio at a closed down military airbase west of Copenhagen to talk about how their interest in nature and the surrounding world turns into art. Explore the full ArtReActs program here. The ArtReActs program is curated by Irene Campolmi and has been generously supported by Det Obelske Familiefond and Statens Kunstfond.
